I work with adults who find themselves overwhelmed by unwanted thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. Together, we explore new ways of understanding these experiences, helping you uncover options that feel right for you. You will also learn some helpful skills. My approach is grounded in self-compassion and meaningful support, creating a safe space where you can move forward at your own pace. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress or challenges that prevent you from making changes I’m here to help you build resilience and confidently discover a path toward greater well-being and fulfillment.

Details and Policies

  • Insurances accepted in-network: Aetna, United Healthcare and Oxford Commercial plans. Some plans have out-of-network reimbursement for part of the self-pay fee.

  • Sessions via Zoom

  • Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice required

  • No-Show Policy: Full session fee
